Although Malibu Elementary School is public school, monetary support is still needed. Unfortunately, California consistently ranks in the bottom 10 states in per-pupil funding for TK-12 education. State funding for education is so low that school districts can only provide the most basic services. 


At Malibu Elementary we want more for our children than the basics provided by the state. We rely on support from parents, community members and local businesses to fill this funding gap to provide an excellent education for all students.

Extra supplies, technology, art and other curriculum enhancements are provided only because of generous parent and community participation.


We ask that each family donate what they can to the Malibu Elementary School  Annual Giving (PTA/ Booster) each school year. Without your donations to the PTA and the Ed Foundation, our children’s education would look vastly different. Your participation of ANY amount is appreciated and important!
